I got registered for the NHS app. I wouldn’t have managed to register without her help, and since then I’ve been able to get familiar with it, and tried all sorts, I wouldn’t have without someone to assist me.

Today, I came in for some help to use the My MFT website, for a hospital appointment. I thought , well why not, if I can get to grips with this NHS app I can get to grips with seeing my hospital appointments online. I rang the secretary at the hospital, and she sent me the link, and then the Digital Champions at Bramhall helped me to get registered. I’ve done two step verification, and they suggested I use my phone to do it, as I check my emails in the library, but I’ve always got the phone on me.

I used to work for the NHS, so it’s good to keep up to date, and try technology when I can.”
