We believe there are three barriers to getting online and as Stockport’s leading provider of digital inclusion activities we are here to help you over come these barriers.

Data

If you are struggling to afford your phone contract or running out of data mid way through a month we can help through the Databank – click HERE for more information

Social tariffs are cheaper broadband and phone packages for people claiming Universal Credit, Pension Credit and some other benefits. Some providers call them ‘essential’ or ‘basic’ broadband.They’re delivered in the same way as normal packages, just at a lower price. You can find out more HERE

Devices

If you are struggling to afford a device, you could be eligible to borrow one for the next six months. To find out more click HERE

If you are looking at buying a device – look no further than local charity Community Computers. They offer high spec refreshed device for as little at £60. They are so good all our Starting Point team use them. To find out more click HERE

Skills

You can learn new skills with us or share your skills.

We run over 10 funded computer classes each week and there are lots of other organisations in Stockport who host sessions too. Out most up to date list is HERE
