After this short 1 hours introductory session you will be able to:

•To understand what digital exclusion is including reflecting on your own use of digital.

•To appreciate who may be offline or unable to use digital tools in Stockport – myth buster.

•To have the ability to list DigiKnow activities and signpost people if required.

•To have the confidence to support people in Stockport who are not able to benefit fully from digital.

•To identify next steps.

The 1 hour session we be delivered on Microsoft Teams and the link will be sent to your email address 48 hours before the session. Your information will be held by Starting Point for the period of time required by Stockport Council in relation to the course you have taken part in.
