Data

For your reference, this page last published 20/01/2026

We can support people with the cost of affording data either through talking you through affordable options or via the databank – access to free mobile data plus unlimited calls and texts, as part of the National Databank with Good Things Foundation.

In addition, we are commited to supporting you to find other ways to balance the cost of being online. This includes sharing a map of free hotspots within Stockport and raining awaeness of social tarrifs.

Social Tariffs

Our ‘Social tariff WIFI’ leaflet lists the best deals we have found for people on low income, if you are thinking about getting WIFI at home, and are struggling to afford this.
