Wellbeing Resource – Eating Well Feb 2016

This month we will be learning how to prepare really tasty raw food to ensure we get as much goodness as possible from food.

Following on from the Stroke Association volunteer training at the end of January we will be using information gained to shape our sessions for the next few weeks.
